Learn to Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) on the Causeway Coast!
Beginner lessons happen at Portballintrae Harbour - (see details on ticket)
SUP sessions are a great way to learn Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP). The Beginner Sessions are open to over 10's, all abilities.
During the clinic you will learn SUP skills such as:
SUP handling and safe carrying,
Water safety, and falling off safely
Paddling techniques - lying down, kneeling and standing up
SUP Sessions run for approximately 2 hours
Surf equipment including Soft SUP Board, Wetsuit, Buoyancy Aid and SUP Paddle are provided for you. If you have your own equipment you are welcome to use it during the session.
All Instructors are Water Safety Certified and qualified instructors as well as being experienced surfers with great knowledge of the sea locallly.
It's important to bring a beach towel and sun screen (fingers crossed!). The wetsuits will ensure you are warm and comfortable for your lesson.
